Je refusai d’abord et, je ne sais pourquoi, me ravisai. Elle envoya chercher un de ces gâteaux courts et dodus appelés Petites Madeleines qui semblaient avoir été moulées dans la valve rainurée d’une coquille de Saint-Jacques. Et bientôt, machinalement, accablé par la morne journée et la perspective d’un triste lendemain, je portai à mes lèvres une cuillerée du thé où j’avais laissé s’amollir un morceau de madeleine. Mais à l’instant même où la gorgée mêlée des miettes du gâteau toucha mon palais, je tressaillis, attentif à ce qui se passait d’extraordinaire en moi. Un plaisir délicieux m’avait envahi, isolé, sans la notion de sa cause. Não pude deixar de devorar o conteúdo e replicar aqui, como um bom gourmet selvagem:<br /><br />Ingredientes<br />1 colher de café de mel<br />210 g de farinha<br />170 g de açúcar<br />1 sachet de açucar de baunilha (troquei por raspas de limão, em homenagem a minha gripe :))<br />170 g de manteiga derretida<br />3 ovos<br />1 pacote de fermento químico<br /><br />Modo de preparo<br /><br />Quebrar os ovos em uma tigela, adicionar o açúcar, o aromatizante e o mel. Misturar bem com um fouet. Peneirar a farinha com o fermento e juntar à mistura. Deixar descansar durante uma hora, depois juntar a manteiga derretida. Misturar para obter uma pasta bem lisa. Untar as forminhas para madeleine com manteiga, polvilhar com farinha, despejar a massa e levar ao forno a 200 graus por 12 minutos. <br />Como usei forminhas de madeleine bem pequenas, deixei somente oito minutos no forno. A parte cebolas, pimentões e alecrim com tomates colocados logo após retirar as postas na mesma base de óleo já utilizada.
